KARIN RAGUIN:

 

Vice-President of Global Talent
Christian Dior Couture

 

Karin joined Christian Dior Couture in 2016, after 10 years within LVMH Group, where she holds various roles in HR and Corporate Social Responsibility. She oversees Dior’ employer reputation, recruitment and career development, providing support and guidance to HR and business leaders.

Previously, she used to work in executive education (NYU) and professional inclusion: as a social entrepreneur, she created in the first French job board for disabled job seekers.

She has always been a feminist activist: in 2013, she launched the “EllesVMH coaching program”, for high potential women to step into leadership positions. In 2017 she developed the “Women@Dior mentoring program”, to encourage young women to cultivate their network at the very beginning of their career: 300 women worldwide who have been selected for their talent, ambition and generosity. She has been European Coordinator of the NGO Business & Professional Women (2014-17), where she developed 2 international campaigns: “Equal Pay Day” and “Boards with Women”.
